Lag in advancing on timeline

hi I am having a lag when i hit the space bar( it seems sticky ) to advance the cursor in the timeline...
anyone else have this issue?

supposing you are on PC, to what command your Spacebar is actually assigned ?
if you're not sure, take a look and check it in Preference/Shortcuts/configure ...

hi ZO- I am on a pc....
and i made a mistake when i typed that question- its the right and left
arrows....

right arrow is keyed to Layer go right
left arrow is keyed to Layer go left

I see the same issue from time to time... I think TVP is rebuilding the proxy and it can take a few seconds
