Flashing inline help [Solved]

My inline help flashes on and off even if I select it with a mouse and don't move it (let go of the mouse)
I'm on Windows 7 32 bit. Using TVP V10.0.2 Jan 5 2012

Someone else reported this bug recently and I think it has been corrected in 10.0.3

Excellent. It was driving me mad trying to blink my eyes in time with the pop -up
