I just upgraded my system to Mac OSX Lion and installed TVpaint and the sentinel driver from the dvd.
At startup TVpaint tells me there is no dongle present in the usb, I tried each of the four slots with no luck.
Then I search this forum and come across an update: http://www.tvpaint.com/v2/content/artic ... e_link.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
Now that I've downloaded the update, I'm unsure if I should just install the sentinel thing or if I should also replace TVpaint, is it a later edition than the 9.5 on the dvd?
OSX Lion TVpaint 9.5
Re: OSX Lion TVpaint 9.5
well, it seems there is a difference between the two:
on the dvd: TVP_Animation_9_Pro_STD.dmg
downloaded:TVP Animation 9.5.21 Pro (x86).dmg
I'll just go ahead and replace
on the dvd: TVP_Animation_9_Pro_STD.dmg
downloaded:TVP Animation 9.5.21 Pro (x86).dmg
I'll just go ahead and replace

Re: OSX Lion TVpaint 9.5
Installed for the third time, restarted. Now it's working.
Anything new in this 9.5.21 Pro edition?

Re: OSX Lion TVpaint 9.5
hmmm, when upgrading your MacOS, I highly recommand to reinstall the sentinel drivers.
nb : A downloadable version is always more recent (and less buggy) than anything on the CD/DVD.
