Is there a 'blur brush' that blurs areas of your previous drawing the more you put pressure Down on your pen?
I cant seem to find one in the preset tools.

If smear is blur enough, set its Power to 100% (or less) and change the C to P (Pressure; RMB on button to the left).

Another option would be to use the FX brush ( a custom brush shared here....)
make sure you put the desired blur FX in the FX stack and use a custom brush to apply the blur as if it was coming from your brush.
