cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE.
Today I noticed the following problem:
after using the: Clip > duplicate image command I was no longer able to save my .tvpp project file. Undoing the action solved the issue, yet persisted when I reused the command.
Is this a known problem?

Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
Well, usually, "D:/" is your disc / dvd reader and you can't save on it
Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
why don't you use an "add exposure" instead of the "duplicate image" ?

Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
Hi Elodie,
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately this is not the solution.
D:/ is my data drive.
In my previous post I omitted to say that I also tried to save to C:/, P:/ and V:/ which are resp. are my system drive my network data drive and a external drive. (and when I undo the action I can save to any of those drives)
I also checked if there was enough disk space > no problem on either drive.
I tried the same on a x86 system (32bit) > same problem. (other project)
I think it has something to do with the fact that one of the layers is empty at the insertion point.

What do you mean exactly ?I think it has something to do with the fact that one of the layers is empty at the insertion point.
I can't reproduce the bug here. Please can you send us your file ?

Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
Can you send that project to us, and the exact layer and frame you duplicate, so we can replicate the bug ?
Thanks.
Thanks.

Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
here I made a sample project:
http://www.klaarbeeld.nl/proof/dupimage.zip
I can reproduce it on any computer, with any project.
In the project I added a extra clip with a small explanation.
brief:
When the cursor is at a position where in any layer there is no image (yet visible trough the hold option) and I use the "duplicate image" command, I can no longer save the project.

Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
more precise:
the cursor has to be on the first empty frame of that layer. If the cursor is further away this empty frame is not duplicated and the project can be saved.

in the meantime I will use the add exposure...
Re: cannot save project after DUPLICATE IMAGE
I think the new update should be in the coming weeks. You shouldn't wait too long.
