ArtFX's latest and greatest?

Post by artfx »

I haven't shared anything in ages, so I figured I would throw up a few images. Most of my images are huge, though, so I will link to them.

This is a poster I did for a couple of Atlanta based rappers pitching their cartoon to Turner Network. The project never got off the ground.

This is a cover I did for the Black Science Fiction Society's anthology book.

More to come later. I may scale them such that I can show them off in the thread here.

Terrence:

Are you still doing your toon renders in Lightwave?

No. No more Lightwave. I lost my dongle a few years ago in another country. I am just drawing in TVP these days.

So no more Modo, no Vue?

Are you only doing 2D now?

I still use modo quite a bit, though not in my cartoon projects. Vue I haven't kept up with, mainly because each version of modo gets closer to being able to do the types of things I use Vue for. My cartoons, though, are lately all 2D done in TVPaint, and will likely be so for the foreseeable future.

Another homage to Bob Ross using my TVP Getting Natural techniques.
