Sound not working

Hello,

I have a problem, that has not happened previously.
When I load the sound into a project, I can see the soundtrack, but no audio.

If I open a mov. or mv4 file, by rightclicking on the file, then choosing "open with TV-paint" then loading in the sound it works,,,BUT when I then modify project to make it the right size, the sound cannot be heard (I can still see the track is there, but no sound) And the same with just making a project, and loading in the sound.

I have never had this problem before, and am just doing the same as always, that usually work.

I have the 9,5 version

• are you using the last update of TVPaint Animation 9.5 ? (TVPaint 9.5.21)
• what is your computer : Mac, Windows, Linux... ? Which OS ?

Yes I'm using the 9,5,21

And windows XP

Whe you resize the project, do you change the FPS value ?

It is also the same when opening an old project, that had sound the last time I had it open.
The track is there, but no sound

Uh don't know what FPS is, so no, I only change the size.

Only way to get sound seems to be when opening a movie file by right clicking + open with TV Paint, and then loading in the sound, but I can choose size that way

Do you have the sound turned off under your project image; the little symbol of a speaker?

Oops, sorry, this is the frame rate (how many images / second ^^)

• Does the sound enable in your TVPaint ? You should see an icon with a loud speaker in yellow into the remote.
• you don't here the sound when you play or only when you scrub with your mouse / keyboard ?
