Enable/disable Preserve Transparency?

I´ve just updated Tvpaint 9.5 Standard to Tvpaint 10 standard. And my beloved button is gone.?
I really need this funktion, where can i find it again?

Hi Simon.
There is no longer a global preserve transparency. now each layer has its own preserve transparency it is dot number 4 next to the layer name.
