OUTPUT TOO LONG WITH AUDIO FILE

Hi all,

I'm new to TVPAINT and i'm trying to find my way.
I can't get this one solved:
i animated a sequence (200frames) + audio file - the audio file is longer than the sequence
when i export without audio the file is OK, but when I render with audio, the rendered clip is too long, in fact it has been rendered until the end of the audio file (2min ...)
mark in and mark out where correct (200frames)...

anyone has any clue?

Have you set the marks in the export panel, or just in the timeline?

The problem only occurs when exporting quicktime, avi works OK.

You are still using the 10.0.1 ? Maybe the update will fix the problem

When I ask for an update, I get this: "There is no new version available."
What should be the latest version?

Enter the informations, and you are sure to get the latest version.

how do i proceed?
do i need to uninstall the previous version?
do i need to take out the dongel and proceed as if i was installing for the first time?

Just install like the first time, no need to uninstall.
If you are asked to overwrite the old version, just reply 'yes'.
