Is it possible to Link layers in TVPaint?

principle as in Photoshop

Yes

Sample:

1 layer of Head
2 layer of Eye

1 and 2 links and move, transform etc

The color group do the same job.

Then when you apply, for example, a transform tool, into the tool panel you can choose to apply your change on all layers from the same group.

but... is it only TVPaint 10? =(

The group already exist in TVPaint Animation 9, but the transformations are not linked like with TVPaint Animation 10.

Nope, this only exists in TVPaint 10.

But of course you always can do a transformation on one layer, go to another layer and select the same frames, and hit "re-apply" (enter) to get the same result.
