well, about the "lag" (delay) between your drawing gesture and the traced line, I have no idea about what it could cause that,
all I can say is that tvpa works perfectly with the differennt cintiqs at my school.
maybe can you try to uninstall/re-install your wacom's cintiq driver ?

... and yes, replacing Digicel by TVPaint Animation is a really good idea imo, you shoudn't regret the change !

ps: does it happens when you are in a zoom-in view (150, 200%, ...) or even when you're at 100% view ?

ps2 : where are you living, and what's your native langage ?

Hi Jan,

maybe you have activated realtime line smoothing at a very high value.

Please try the following:
- choose windows / settings / shape settings
- deactivate line smooting

If it feels better than, you could activate again and try to experiment with the smoothing settings. Line smoothing helps you getting clean and exact lines when doing clean ups, but the smoothing value should not be too high. Check also the difference between Real Time activated or even not.

TVPaint 11.0.8 - Win10/64
TVPaint 11.0.8 - Win10/64 (Wacom Companion 2)
