I have the most newbie of noob questions. I have drawn a frame. I wish to reposition the layer contents around a bit, by nudging or moving, closer to the bottom of my canvas. I'm just starting with video tutorials so I often know a thing is possible, but the video is too sped up/small/compressed to see exactly how.
Where is the tool to do this located?

The tool is located in the Main panel and is called "panning tool".
