Can TVP do anything like a like a flash "symbol"?

I wanted to know if it's possible to make an image that is larger than the stage that can be moved around and rotated and key framed. This would be like flash's symbol, where you can draw it on a canvas and then bring it into the main stage. This would be extremely useful for backgrounds. Thanks! :D

You can certainly make an image larger than the camera view for panning, zooming, multi-plane FX, etc. I'd say the thing that is closer to Flash symbols would be animbrushes.

Look up "Keyframer" and use it.
