In fact you just had several clips into your project. The first one was empty and the second one contained your animation. Read the lesson 9 to know more about

I have no idea how I created more clips! I still don't understand how they are two separate clips in one project. I had a quick look at lesson 9,
many things about the pro version which I don't have! I don't know how I accidentally make several clips, and I seem to do it only to some of my projects, not al!

I look more into lesson 9.

Do I pay for the difference between standard and pro?
Also how long does it take for me to receive it? Do I need a new dongle or can I use my one and you send me a link to download it?
I just want to know how quickly I can get hold of it once I buy it. Thanks.

If you want to upgrade from Standard to Pro, you indeed need to pay the difference.

As an upgrade, you won't need a new dongle, so you won't pay the shipment : we will send you new activation codes to download and install the Professional Edition

Dear Elodie,

I'm having problem upgrading,
I want to upgrade from my standard version to pro.
I'm still student, and the proof I sent you last time for my standard version is still valid. I can resend it if it's necessary.
When I go to tvpaint online store , I don't have any option of upgrading , I can only buy the standard or pro version.

When I click the which upgrade I can have. When I enter my lock code, it only shows me the upgrade for the expensive version, not education version.
Can you please guide me how I can upgrade.

Yes, it's normal. As we cannot check if someone is still a student or not, students who upgrade have to contact us directly.
