Hi,
I'm having issues with the buttons not responding to my clicks in TVpaint 10 Pro and I'm wondering if this is a bug??? I was trying to workaround with the camera tool and all of the sudden the buttons that I tried clicking on lagged for an awful 2-3 seconds before responding. I can't even quit my tvpaint to restart it (obviously restarting is not THE problem but it's the lagging and unresponsive clicks that are bugging me). I also had problems where the cursor sometimes jumps to the left when I draw on the right and it doesn't fix itself until I restart tvPaint. Has anybody had the same issues?? I'm sort of wondering if this is something that only appears in tvPaint 10???
Buttons not responding occasionally in TVPaint 10?

Sounds like a general system overload to me. Is the project very large? Do you have enough RAM? Is the hardrive full? These factors can cause TVP to slow down.

I'm working from my hard drive that has about 317GB of space and I was wondering if that may be a leading factor to this? I'm also running tvPaint on Leopard!

Sounds like your system resources are being strained, more than anything else. What OS? 32 or 64 bit? How much RAM? What do you have setup for swap and/or temp space?

This may be the issue.Yon wrote:I'm also using Mac Os X Leopard(V 10.5.
Are you running on 32-bits or 64-bits ?
Re: Buttons not responding occasionally in TVPaint 10?
That's 32bit.
3GB 0,6GHz is a bit slow for today's tasks.
I was able to work with TVP on 1,5 GB 1,8 GHz Dual, but on larger project files it began to stutter as well.
