small file playing slowly in 64 bit plays ok in 32

Why would the same small file play slowly in 64 bit and at the right speed in 32 bit . Is is a very very small file so the size cant be the problem.
I had wanted to switch to 64 bit but cant get the playback to work.

Maybe your selected frame rate is not the same? Like, you have 24 on the 32-bit version, and 12 on the 64-bit?

Hi no video embedded and this has been happening with not one clip but
every time i try to use the 64 bit- so its on many clips not one... I gave up trying to work in it - and have been working in 32 bit...
