A Way to Lower Playback Quality?

Post by Misting »

Hello! I'm fairly new to TVPaint and I've wondered about this question for a while...

I'm working on a scene that has some camera moves--as a result, the canvas ended up having to be pretty big (4849x3767). As expected, when I play it, it is really choppy. I was wondering if there's a way to lower the playback quality even more so that the playback can be faster?

Right now, when I want to see my animation, I have to export it in a low quality video in order to see it properly. It would be very helpful if it's possible to preview it properly in TVP as well.

I'm using TVP 10 Pro 64bit on Windows 7. Thanks in advance!

You have several choices if you open your Preview Settings Panel under "Settings" of the "Windows" tab of the main menu bar. Another way is to convert your project to a smaller, more manageable size. Do this under the Project>Modify Project tab of the main menu bar. When you modify a project it will create a new project so don't worry that you might lose the original one.
