Portable TV Paint preferences

I'm looking for suggestions for a portable TVpaint option. I could wait (don't know how long...) till the Android version is out and get a Galaxy Note tablet. Or use some sort of PC option. Or something else? Thoughts welcome.

Just get a Note 10.1 now...
While TVPaint isn't finalized on Android, it is already very useable, unless you need sound.

The 10.1 Galaxy Note is the best thing that ever happened for me and my TVPaint use. I haven't had so much fun drawing and animating in ages. It isn't just for doing roughs or simple sketches as many seem to think tablets are limited to. I do everything, down the final HD composites for my animation on the tablet.

OKay. So I've got the Note 10.1. I've filled out the form for the OPen Beta. No email with link came to me. Can I assume that's because I downloaded a version last year for my Note (phablet)? (and I don't still have that file.) If this is the case, how does one get a version for the android which can be permanently used? Is it available when one buys a licence for TVpaint?

I don't have a spam box... it gets eliminated at the server. And the last time I got a download code for the android open beta it came directly through. Let me know if there's some other way to get it,as I'm not sure my spam-removed emails are accessible, though I'll check with my email provider.

Trying it again. Got my SP to set my spam to be delivered but flagged, and I'll sign up for it again... but as I said it went through the first time so I'm not sure why it isn't this time... hoping.

Bingo this time (but it wasn't tagged as spam). So all indications are that it's use is time limited? What does that mean and how does one manage that? is there a purchase option?

It's an open beta version, so not to purchase at this state. (too buggy to be sold)

It's time limited : if I remember well, the software expire on June 30th (check the other posts in the forum or the website to make sure).
After June 30th, we will see what we will do. You might have to download it again.

I created a little gif on my tablet. But my pc can't see it, so I can't get it to my Note phone to text message it... Any suggestions?

go to AirDroid.com. They provide an easy-to-use app for wirelessly up/downloading files between PCs and all android phones and tablets.

Another option is to sign up for DropBox where files can be stored and retrieved between registered devices. The GNote10.1 comes with a free, 2 year, 50GB account. Anyone can sign up for a free, 2GB account.

I had to email it to myself, but via usb the gif was invisible to the pc.
