Wrong cursor after switching applications

When I switch back to TVPaint from a different application, and start drawing again, I get a 'mouse' cursor, instead of the 'cross' cursor I've set in my preferences. I need reselect my brush or click on the TVP application title bar to get the cursor back.

I confirm. Looks like a Mac OSX problem.
