I often get the following bug while picking a color in HSV mode:
-It is sometimes impossible to move the slider. (see example)
-the palette automatically switches to red while picking a color. You can see in de example how I want to pick a green color, but the palette is changed all of a sudden and gives me red in stead of green.

There is indeed a bug, but this only happens when color saturation is set to 0.
It will be fixed, however I can't tell when it will be done, because I can't tell how long it would take (it would require us to go back in some code that haven't been changed during the last 15 years..)
