Transform tool not working on entire group/layer

Im animating in TVP10 and I applied a transform (scale up) on a group of 5 layers with the frame length of 60 frames.
For some weird reason the last 35 frames of one of the layers is not getting the scale transform. I dont see any visual difference with the first half of the layer that is getting the transform effect.

I would appreciate any help, Im sure its something simple Im overlooking since Im relatively new to the program.

Which version are you using ? 10.0.?

Well, you can update to the 10.0.18, but I don't think it's the problem.

Did you make sure to select all the frames before applying ?

If possible, send us your .tvpp project file.

Yes I selected all the frames. I was able to figure out a work around, but if you can figure out what I may have been doing wrong or if its a glitch, that would help me in the future.

Yes, you have to use a zip or rar folder.
