Shortcut for left/right panel bin?

Is there already a shortcut to toggle the panel bins?

I now use Shift+T to toggle both the Main and Tool panel at the same time, but that's annoying because of this bug when the Tool panel is floating. I wasn't under the impression that was gonna be fixed (correct me if I'm wrong), so if a shortcut is something easy to implement that would work too. The ghost-brush-bug is quite annoying in my workflow.

Hmm, interesting question. I can't find anything in the shortcut list. Looks like a new feature request
