Hey Guys first time posting,
Specs:
Mac OS X 10.6.8
64 bit
TVPaint 9.5 Standard Edition
Sentinel Driver 7.5.2
I'm having issues with my dongle, it was working fine the last few weeks, then over the weekend it seems to have stopped. The green light on the dongle turning off and on and when i start TVpaint it says dongles missing and then quits when i press ok. I tried reinstalling the sentinel drivers, but still have the same issue. Sometimes the program sees the dongle for a minute and then it opens but then within minutes I get the same pop up window and it force quits when I click ok. Any Ideas? Maybe I need to reinstall everything? My dongle was slightly damaged in a move last year but hasn't had any issues till now.

Try a different USB port first.
