Unable to Update TVPaint 10 Pro 10.0 (1) on OSX 10.6.8 64bit

Hello There

I have freshly installed TVPaint on my mac and because of some bugs I would like to update it.
So I went to the update page and entered my information. It accepts my information and sends me to the page with the huge download button.
When I click on download is says:

An internal error [1500] occurs, please try again.

I tried different browsers already. Can anyone help? Am I missing something?
