Some TVPaint users in UK ?

I met a lovely guy in Annecy who recently asked me if a TVPaint user in UK could help him to start with TVPaint.
I don't plan in the coming weeks to go to UK, so maybe some kind soul in that country would like to help that guy ?

He's based in Cardiff, but doesn't mind to move to London.

I know a handful of Cardiffians. Not aware of any using TVPaint, though...

I would gladly go to England and teach someone how to use TVPaint, especially if we combined this with a pub crawl!
