Hello!
I bought TV Paint 10; standard edition earlier this year and have been using it on my previous mac with no issues however I have now changed iMacs and am having issues.
My iMac is a brand new Mountain Lion OS x 10.8.4.
The mac does not have a disc port so i bought an external one which seemed to do the trick fine with installing the disc.
The issue is that the dongle apparently does not register and asks me to properly insert it and press ok. when i put it in, nothing happens. I have retried multiple times.
I read up on some ways to fix this issue.
-My dongle is attached to the back of the mac and therefore it should not be an issue with insufficient power.
-The green light is on.
-I have gone to the ' http://www.safenet-inc.com/support-down ... l-drivers/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; ' site and downloaded the 'Super Pro driver'.
As that did not work I also attempted to download the other drivers as maybe I was meant to download them all.
I believe I downloaded the 'sentinel protection installer 7.4.1 mac os x' and that worked, however i ran into issues downloading the others.
If this is an issue with the sentinel drivers, exactly which one should i download for my computer?
If not, how can i solve this issue?
Thank you very much.
-Demi
Dongle issue
Re: Dongle issue
Hello Demi,
If you bought TVPaint earlier this year, you are using an UltraPro dongle, not a SuperPro.
Please use this link : http://www.safenet-inc.com/uploadedImag ... OS%20X.zip" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and install the Sentinel drivers
