Well... it sure is possible to have it center on the drawing screen. I use other software that have no problem with this. This is a TVPaint issue because it's not using 'normal' floating windows. Instead you have this big window, you don't always have to give up things to have things. If TVPaint would use floating windows instead of the current panels. You could go full screen and drag the navigator panel to the second screen. Now I can't drag anything to the second screen, unless I drag my main window really big (not the same as full screen) and lose other functionality.
