change name of mechanical brush in key panel

why is the Mechanical Brush called "propelling" in the keyboard configuration panel?

I suppose it's because "propelling pencil" is an other (UK?) name for mechanical pencil, ... don't ask me why "propelling" ...

I think it can be changed to "Mechanical Pen", for the sake of peace, no?
