Wanted acme punch in Europe

can you point me where to buy acme punch in europe and I would really appreciate if anyone would sell me the used one for less then 700$. Thank you (I can already hear Paul how I don't need it, everyone should use the paperless, etc... well, I need it! )

No idea. I've never been there or had any reason to purchase items from ToonBase , but they are in my list of Animation Suppliers because sometimes I have online students in Europe who need to know where to purchase their animation supplies and it is not feasible for them to order from the U.S. because the shipping cost and import tax is prohibitively high.
