My tool bin does not shows up

Hello

I am working online with someone and I am having problems to access the "tool bin" in the windows/custom panels menu. It does not shows up.
I need that in order to load some custom brushes.

What I want is this panel (see the "tool bin" image attached)

What my menu shows is only "tool bar" in the same path (besides other options) but this person I'm working with says "tool bin" it should be there

Does it the "tool bin" hidden somewhere else? Does it change its name?

I use a Mac IOS X 10.8.5 Mountain Lion 64 bits and my TV Paint is version 10. Professional edition

Tool bar = your custom panel
Tool bin = a custom panel proposed by default in TVPaint Animation.

If you delete it, you'll have to reset your configuration to get it back.

Huum...

I reset my config by going to preferences > start up menu > start up

then I closed TV paint, launched it again and I choose "default" in the pop up menu.

Still, the tool bin didn't show up...

I don't use Mac, but in a PC you have to select "NEW" to create a new config -- I think a MAC would have the same button.

I created a new config as suggested and there was the tool bin in the corner as usual!
