Is it possible to export layers? like for a psd?

I know you can easily import layers ...but the other way is that possible?

Export > Clip: Layer structure.
TVP 10.0.18 and 11.0 MacPro Quadcore 3GHz 16GB OS 10.6.8 Quicktime 7.6.6

Look at the very top of the export panel tabs and you can see your Clip: Layers structure tab.
