a student of mine who uses tvpaint
experiences drag when using my pencil custombrush.
the lag is typical in that most of the stroke behaves normal but when the pen is released the last bit of the line is still visible being built.
its clearly a lag.
when doing fast circles this results in unwanted angles in the lines.
and generally makes drawing feel very inaccurate and uncomfartable
i suggested him to change the temp directory to a different drive.
but this makes no difference.
project resolution is 1800X1000 (this gives no problems on my machine)
his machine is a new dualcore labtop (which should be able to work my brush effortlessly
any ideas?

cachesize was set to automatic (2 gig memory in the computer, so it was aprox. 1 gig)
i suggested that he download the tvp animation Pro demo, and the problem was not present there.
so the pencil worked perfect in pro but lagged in animation (version 8.0)
