George : Collapse/Uncollapse Layer

I would like to be able to Collapse/Uncollapse layers with George Commands
Svengali has asked for it here

+1 Should also include an option to read current collapsed/uncollapsed status of a specific layer and be able to act on INDIVIDUAL LAYERS (not just on color layers by group).

I encountered such a situation today too.
