Hello,
agreed, it could be very interesting !
and why not a little step by step in a separate topic to share some of your techniques :D
Hmm... why not...
I make my drawings in several times, it's not very easy to make a video

I will see that

well ... why not use the demo recorder ? :D
I don't know this software, it's an integrated function in TVPaint?
Videos and animations are not my cup of tea

Thank you Tantalus :D

Hey Aïto,
i was not thinking of a video but just pictures taken along your drawing to show several steps of its realization.
For example the rough/sketch, lineart, colors without lines, the full character, the background, then the final drawing...
Just an idea though, act like you know !

the demo recorder is another super plug-in for TVPA (from Lemec) which records all the process of a painting directly into a .dip file.
I use it very often !

Try it !!!

here is an example of a sketch from Lemec recorded with this plug-in:

Ah ok!

for the background of these 2 last ones, have you used some scanned hand-made custom paper?

Hi ZigOtto,

It is very simple, the backgrounds are done with the textures included in tvpaint and two colors (dark without texure before and light with texture after on the same layer).

Finally you put your line on a new layer!
