art marker behavior

I was wondering if anyone has any idea how to draw in a mode that will behave like felt pens, in which colors complement each other. For example, if I draw a yellow line with an art marker, and on top of that a Blue line, in the intersecting parts I will get green (light-additive mode). now that's how a marker behaves in real world, but I couldn't find a way to do it in TVPaint, no matter what drawing mode I used, neither different opacities.

I'd appreciate any suggestion!
