Unable to resize project

Hello -
I am attempting to re-size a project. I have already completed a basic animatic, but I want to re-size the project from 1280 x 720 to a resolution accepted by film festivals. I thus would like to convert to 1920 x 1280. I go to Project > Modify project and change it to HDTV 180. However, this does not modify the ratio of my project - I cannot increase the size of the drawing paper. My camera shows a wider area to make art in - but I have a frame around the image that I cannot turn white or draw on.

How do I regain my stage or change the field size to be larger than the camera? Shouldn't my field increase/decrease automatically when I re-size a project? Am I using the wrong words to describe the field size of my stage, because I cannot find any tutorials.

To clarify - I am attempting to resize the project under Modify Project. It appears that the window is not working like the one in the tutorial. I do not see a preview of the desired re-size. My image is not stretched. The preview stays the same as the original. When I look at the resized project in the Project view and mouse over a scene, I see a black outline around my original art (like a frame). I am unable to draw into the frame.

I am on a Cintique.

Ah - figured it out. I set cameras separately to the stage size.
