Hi Paul -
That's a great idea - if you are using these files then there must be something else in the wav that I am missing.

Re: PreLoading Audio Files and Other Audio Issues
I sent you the link to two files, one 16 bits, the other 24.

Re: PreLoading Audio Files and Other Audio Issues
Hi, I have the same problem. Tvpaint project that I send to other animtors doesn't include the soundfile anymore. So my solution would be to export the audio file from tvpaint as a wav file and send it to them. But this seems to be impossible. Any suggestions?
Re: PreLoading Audio Files and Other Audio Issues
Is this also the case when you select 'Project > Dependencies > Save dependencies In The Project' in the main menu?

I'll try, Michael
Re: PreLoading Audio Files and Other Audio Issues
Also, if it doesn't work with WAV, try an MP3, because I vaguely remember that something like that used to solve this same issue for me...

Re: PreLoading Audio Files and Other Audio Issues
Yes, 'Project > Dependencies > Save dependencies In The Project' seems to be the solution (not 100% sure yet).
Thanks Michael.
I wonder why it's not 'on' as default. Why would someone not want to save a project with all of it's elements, when those elements have been imported using the "preload" function.
Thanks Michael.

It's mostly for people accessing to the same files over a network.hisko wrote:Yes, 'Project > Dependencies > Save dependencies In The Project' seems to be the solution (not 100% sure yet).

Good idea.
Yes, if several people have trouble finding out, it might be good to change it.
