I am trying to see if there is a way to set custom controls for rotating the animation disk. Default it's ctrl+alt to rotate and shift+home to reset any rotations.
I can't see an option to do this in the keyboard shortcut configuration box.
I want to assign R for rotate and esc to reset. Is this possible without a third party script? This is for mac
Thanks to anyone who can help me on this one.

If I remember right you can't change the free rotating shortcut but the reset rotation you can.

Thanks for the quick response guys.
Thierry, I have set various other shortcuts in the Preferences > General > Keyboard Shorts > Configure directory but am finding trouble finding the reset rotation option in there to change it. Is there a specific name for it so I can use the "Search" box to locate it?
elmisilhumano, this at least eliminates first part of my problem.
Thank you
G

Yes, elmisilhumano is right, all shortcut using "alt" cannot be changed, unfortunately.

in the right-side assignable commands list, it's referenced under "Zoom: Rotation Reset".Gervais wrote:... but am finding trouble finding the reset rotation option in there to change it. Is there a specific name for it so I can use the "Search" box to locate it?
