Very strange vertical line jitter on Cintiq

We have one very strange problem on one of the 21" Cintiqs - when we draw on TVPaint any line close to vertical, it jitters by jumping the cursor down.
TVPaint Pro 10.5.7, 32 bit
We have tried reinstalling Wacom drivers with no results.
When we draw in Windows Paint - it works fine. Unfortunately we don't have other software on that computer to test it also.
Screenshot is attached (the jitters are the little vertical strokes) strangely, it only happens on lines that are vertical, or drawn from top left to bottom right. (you can see the diagonal lines from top right to left are OK) - any ideas?

can you try to (un)activate the parameter "wintab" in the preferences and let me know what happen ? it might help to find the diagnostic.

Unfotrunately, we had similar issues once, but the the problem was from the hardware directly !

Try anyway Fabrice's tip, but if it does not fix it, I4m afraid you'll have to replace the Cintiq

Thanks! Disabling WinTab did solve the problem, but for some reason the right-click on the pen stopped working. But then we tried to enable SubPixel, and this solved the problem completely!
Again - thank you very much - 4 people were trying to solve this for half day
