How to get these setting back?

Last night I was animating and suddenly the bar that lets me play and fast forward and zoom was gone from my main board (Board 1). Everything is normal in Board 3 but I prefer to use my first page. Is there a way to reset it someone how?

So is there a way to get board 1 back to the way it was? It's really hindering my work process.

Notice that tiny little arrow (triangle) at the very top right corner of your project window? Click on it.

You can also press "V" to hide or show the remote control on the Drawing zone.
