Hello,
I'm new to TV Paint and recently purchased it. I have the professional edition 10 on windows 8. When completing my rough animation, I made a new layer on top for my clean-ups. When I hit the playback button, I notice that there are some flickering frames. Even though majority of it is on two's, the beginning part shows no flickering at all. I'm wondering if this has to do with me downloading the 10.5.7 version while still working on my project and now its glitching cause of the conversion??? help would definitely be appreciated!
Thanks

You don't describe what's on that added layer on top of your roughs and "flickering" can mean all sorts of things to different folk. It would be helpful if you could upload a video clip and screenshot of your timeline.

There is nothing wrong with updating to the 10.5.7. So there should be no glitching.
As Paul said, it would help to have a screenshot or the .tvpp project file posted here.

- Are there drawings in each instance in the timeline? No blank frames?
