Transform Tool Handle reset. SOLVED

This is in TVP11.

When I grab the rotation handle of the transform tool in TVP11 all goes well the first time I rotate my selection. If I then don't apply the rotation and try to grab the handle again to fine tune my rotation, the handle jumps back to it's initial position. I really think this is a bug. It wasn't there in V10.5.

I've recorded a video to illustrate what I mean.
