TVPaint 11 Standard : do you experience crashes ?

Hi everyone,

I've been contacted recently for multiple crashes on TVPaint 11 Standard on Mac.
Even after resetting the config, this person still experience crashes with TVPaint 11 Standard, and I really don't know where they come from (especially because they appear randomly : deleting a layer, changing the post-behavior, unlocking a layer, importing a jpeg...)

That makes no sense !
If you experience similar problems, please let me know !

Just a long shot guess here: how often does TVP check for the presence of a dongle? I've found that a faulty USB connection definitely can cause crashes in dongle-secured software.

Not here, the dongle is not old at all and I don't think it is faulty.

When dongles are faulty, it warns you first that the dongle cannot be found, and then it crashes. Here, it just crashes, without any obvious reasons an my own TVPaint standard works perfectly.

I'm not thinking of a faulty dongle but of a faulty (worn-out) USB connector in the computer.

Oh, ok. I gave à version 10 to this person, so if She gets the same random crashes, it could mean the guilty élément is the faulty usb port. Thank you slowtiger!
