You can access the startup panel via this option in the Preferences panel :
startup.png
Then quit TVPaint and restart it. This panel should open :
delete-config.png
To reset your configuration, simply click "delete" (this will erase your entire configuration)
Your projects is 830MB ? That's a lot. What are its width and height ?
Hi,
So after clicking reset configuration and deleting the configuration, TVPaint immediately crashed. I also tried to open my project and it started off with a crash too. I had thought of separating my project into smaller bits before, would that help? Also, my project is 1920x1080.

Very strange.
What are your Wacom drivers version ? Also, what kind of tablet do you have ?

Hi,
I've uninstalled and reinstalled and TVPaint. I clicked on a project to open it but it did not load and there was an error resulting in the image I have posted in the first post.
