MP4 Export Format Missing?

Hi! I'm new to TVPaint and I'm playing around with the export feature. I'm using Windows 8.1 and TVPaint 10 32 bits. I was wondering can TVPaint export a clip with a MP4 format? There isn't an MP4 option in the export pulldown menu. I have every other format, including Quicktime, but I can't get the clip to export with a .mp4 extension. Any thoughts?
