Exporting Image Library

Post by Sewie »

I was wondering; is there a way to export the entire content of the 'Image Library' so that it can be imported as a whole into another project? Or do I need to rebuild it from scratch?

Thanks!

Yes. You can batch copy the images and paste into another project's library.

You're welcome; it also works the same way from HD into library instead of importing one image at a time.

But how does that work, then? 'Cause copying an image file in the windows explorer (or Dopus for that matter) and then pasting it in the Image Library window doesn't seem to work here.

Edit:
But dragging them into the Image Library Window does do the trick, I just discovered :)

OH, I didn't know you use OPUS as well... I do that all the time from Opus: I draw a box around all the images I want, drag them over the library and drop. This doesn't work for you?

Dragging does work, like I mentioned.
Copy-pasting with keyboard shortcuts doesn't, though. But that's no problem to me.

Sorry for just skimming over your post; multitasking isn't my forte anymore and I can't even remember that one  . So yes, I confirm what you say and see it as deficient too, especially since "paste" is there but ghosted. I never noticed because I always prefer drag and drop and this is because I have plenty of space for that.
