Hi Elodie,
I hear you. As I say, as a user, I am not familiar with the details of the reasons for the problems, just that there are problems with TVPaint. I am glad to know you are doing your best to try to resolve this and it is frustrating that Apple is so unhelpful. The other issue, with my pen constantly changing to an arrow cursor, I suppose is down to an issue with Wacom, so again, a third party thing. (In case you are not aware, my pen cursor randomly changes to a pointer arrow and I have to move the pen down to the time line and back up to the drawing area to refresh it).
Anyway, hoping these things do get resolved and appreciate that you are doing your best.
Cheers, David

It's more likely linked to Apple.I suppose is down to an issue with Wacom,

TVPaint always opens on the Cintiq on a PC, so it's probably a Mac issue.

Yeah, it is a Mac issue, but I am surprised it is not a simple fix since every other program does open on the Cintiq as it should.

Once again, it used to work and changed recently.David_Fine wrote:Yeah, it is a Mac issue, but I am surprised it is not a simple fix since every other program does open on the Cintiq as it should.
At the moment, we didn't have the time to work on the fix yet.

Anyone from TVPaint planning on attending the Ottawa animation festival?

Not this year (we did not keep a good memory of 2011's edition). But maybe next year (we should give it a new try).
