[Solved] Cannot unlock TVPaint

Today I tried to open TVPaint and on the main screen was a dialog panel asking me for my unlock code. I found it but when I clicked on the input box I could not enter the code. The software was registered on august 7, 2015.
What do I do now?

Have you tried making another download without uninstalling anything; just go online and open TVPaint download using your codes. Then when the registration panel comes up again there's a chance that this time nothing will be ghosted.

You will need to enter your lock/unlock registration codes to download a fresh copy of TVPaint. Then if the registration panel comes up again when you open TVPaint on your computer it may allow you to enter your codes .
