No, I'm not upset. I just wanted you to know I'm not trying to be a pest about this issue , simply seeking information. We're both in the same boat: we can't directly see this student's computer or the webcam she is using , so it's difficult to troubleshoot the issue. I'm grasping for whatever possible solution may exist to solve her crashing problem.
