On-screen prompts when hovering the stylus

I'm still a newbie with TVP, so the on-screen prompts that you see when you hover the stylus over the icons are very useful to me. However, I'm right-handed and because the prompts appear beneath and to the right of the icon that I'm hovering over, it's blocked by my hand.
Is there a way to switch that for a right-handed person so that the prompts appear on the left side of the icons instead?

Indeed, several parts of the software (tool-tip, handles of some tools, etc ...) have to be redesigned to be usable by both right and left handed ...
It's in our loooong TODO list.
